To deliver the idea that despite our individuality and differences, we could still live together as a unified homogenous society.
This is seen by observing the contrast between the north façade which the user approaching the building sees first, where the building looks like one single cubic form, and the eastern façade where the user takes a turn and sees the building as multiple forms that are still unified and homogenous.
